Email [email protected]. Anything at all - something is broken, something is confusing, a release did not show up, a playlist did not fill.

If you are reporting a bug, the things that make it fixable are: what you expected, what happened instead, roughly when, and which OS & version you are on. We appreciate you taking the time!

Delete your account

You can delete your account yourself, from Settings inside the app. It stops all ingest and notifications immediately and discards the tokens for any connected music service.

If you want your data purged sooner than our standard retention schedule, email the address above and say so. What we keep and for how long is set out in the privacy policy.

Artwork and takedown requests

This website shows real album artwork and real artist names to illustrate what Sonari does. No artist shown here is a partner, a user, or an endorser of Sonari, and we use no artist photography, logos or wordmarks.

If you hold rights in something shown on this site and you want it gone, email [email protected] with “takedown” in the subject.

Tell us the artist and release, and where you saw it. We do not need a formal notice or a lawyer’s letter. We will confirm to you when it is out.
